Why I can help with this
I’ve been a branding and marketing consultant for over 20 years. Since 2009, I’ve created patient flow and intake systems, a website, forms, and marketing for my husband’s chiropractic and applied kinesiology practice. So I have the inside scoop on

Starting with my first chiropractic appointment in 2006 and continuing to the present time where I’m working on healing my own autoimmune diagnosis, I’ve been on a journey which has led me through working with a functional medicine doctor, a homeopath, my husband the chiropractor, energy healers, and an acupuncturist. I truly believe in the power of “alternative” therapies, and want to see more widespread adoption of all of these wonderful modalities that lie outside the conventional healthcare system.

Introducing Resonance
Resonance is a 12-week private container. One 90-minute intro call to get clear on where you are and where you want to go, and eleven working calls to build and run the plan. It also includes ongoing Voxxer support in between so you’re never stuck waiting a week for an answer.
This isn’t a course you work through alone. It’s a plan built with you, for your practice specifically, with someone in your corner the whole way through.
Here’s what you get
A tailored marketing plan that is built around what’s actually going on in your practice right now, not a generic template. We’ll start by looking at where you are and what you’d like to achieve.
1 intro strategy call (90 minutes). We’ll go over your goals, your business, and your bandwidth so we can make a reasonable and actionable plan to meet those goals.
11 weekly working calls (60 to 90 minutes). Accountability, course correction, and mindset support as we move through the plan together. Let’s look at what you’ve done so far and build from there.
Ongoing Voxer support. Tech questions, decision-making, “does this email sound right” moments, handled in real time between calls, not saved up for a week later.
Marketing tools actually set up and running. Not just recommended. Built.
A clearer, busier practice. More aligned clients finding you, and a real system behind it so it keeps working after our 12 weeks are done.

I only take on 1 to 2 Resonance clients at a time. This isn’t a sales tactic, it’s because the whole point of this container is real, tailored attention, and that only works with a small number of people at once.
If the timing isn’t right when you apply, I’ll let you know and keep you on the list for the next opening.
FAQ
That’s what the intro call is for. You don’t need to walk in with a plan already figured out because we’ll go through your whole situation, goals, etc to create a plan. (And if you do have a plan, we’ll sort out how to make it work with your current bandwidth.)
Beyond the weekly call, expect a few hours of implementation time between sessions. We build the plan around your actual bandwidth, not an idealized version of your week.
Life happens. We’ll find a time that works, or handle what’s needed over Voxer in the meantime. Please give me 24 hours’ notice if possible.
No. Getting those built and running is part of the container.
Resonance works best for practitioners with an established practice who are ready to grow with intention. If you’re just starting out, this might not be the right fit yet. However, I’d advise you to fill out the application anyway and I’ll be able to make this assessment on a case-by-case basis.
Participation in this container is fully refundable before our first call, and for $5500 up until the start of the 2nd call. Once we’re 2 weeks in, this will no longer be refundable as strategy and intellectual property will already have been shared. You may put your membership on hold if necessary.
