Tips for those days when life feels heavy
Some days just feel heavy
Here are 3 things that I like to do to raise my vibration when I’m in a funk:
1. Practice gratitude: Whether I’m focusing on the sweetness of my kids’ voices, mindfully saying blessings on my food, or appreciating the beauty of the flowers in my neighborhood, feeling grateful always brings me back around. Making a short 5-item list each day helps to boost this feeling even more!
2. Exercise: A short, fast-paced walk with some fun music, or even a little dance party while prepping meals always changes my state.
3. Find something to help me: Either supplements for mineral balance or stress, or my favorite tech will always straighten me out.
